3. Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, the digital product is generally delivered within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to technical issues, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond the immediate control of VS.

4. Failed Delivery

If the customer does not receive the digital product within the stated delivery period, they should first check their spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered e-mail folders.

5. Incorrect E-mail Address

VS will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in correcting the delivery information and delivering the purchased digital product.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of the digital product may be considered completed when the product has been sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

VS is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's e-mail provider, spam filters, full mailbox, incorrect e-mail address, or other technical issues on the customer's side.

7. No Physical Delivery

Customers should be aware that all products offered by VS are digital.

No physical item, package, card, document, or other tangible product will be sent to the customer.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the purchased product will be delivered electronically.
